At this press briefing, Dr Brink and I spoke to a set of sides explaining our approach and details around the introduction of 7 day isolation and testing from 17th August. I also mentioned that we would shortly be entering into a Reciprocal Health Agreement with the Isle of Man and that HSC would shortly be submitting a policy letter requesting the States to change the law enabling the procurement and administration of a vaccine against COVID-19, should one become available before it is fully licensed.
